HARDWARE INSTALLATION

Getting inside your computer can be confusing and dangerous and may void your warranty if not performed by an authorized service provider.  Allow me to perform the installation of your hardware items such as memory and video cards.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

Have me properly install and configure your software programs so you can get the most out of their use.

PERIPHERAL INSTALLATION

Peripherals are any device that connect to one of your computer's external ports such as printers, scanners, web cams and mice.

• External hardware (e.g. DVD drive)
  
• Advanced software (e.g. Windows)

OPERATING SYSTEM REPAIR
(MAJOR)

Fixes any and all software problems, including the removal of spyware and viruses and the mending of issues related to the core operating system (i.e. Windows).

• Diagnosis of all software
  
• Repair of all software problems

DOES NOT INCLUDE


• Repair or diagnostics of hardware
  
• Installation of software
  

OPERATING SYSTEM REPAIR
(MINOR)

Fixes more trivial software issues such as minor issues with Windows or other third party software.

INCLUDES


• Evaluation of problem
  
• Repair of qualified issues

DOES NOT INCLUDE


• Repair or diagnostics of hardware
  
• Installation of software
  

OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALL

Resets the computer back to its original factory condition so it will be just like the first time it was ever turned on.  All files will usually be lost so a data backup is an optional suggestion.

INCLUDES


• Install of OS from legitimate media
  
• Installation of hardware drivers

DOES NOT INCLUDE


• Software unrelated to OS
  
• Peripheral installs
• Data backup
  

SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT

Think of it as a tune up for your computer.  This service will enhance the overall speed and performance of your system by deleting all temporary files, modifying the boot sequence of Windows and changing settings that will improve its operation.
