Remote Support

Technical support anywhere on any subject at any time.  Plus, save yourself from a costly service call.  How much would you be willing to pay for a service like that?  Probably a lot more than what I'm actually charging!

WHAT IS REMOTE SUPPORT?

Minor computer problems can often be fixed over the phone or by remotely connecting to your computer, so why pay extra for a costlier service call?   While I don't offer free technical support I do offer remote support options that are much cheaper than those offered by other companies.  (For example, check out what Microsoft charges for remote support).

Remote support consists of the following procedures.

1. PHONE

I'll first try to answer your technical questions and attempt to resolve your issue over the phone.


2. REMOTE COMPUTER ACCESS

If the phone option fails, I can securely and safely use your Internet connection to connect to and control your computer to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Here are the plans that we offer:

• 1 hour of Remote Support
  (One time charge)


A single, one time charge for those that need infrequent assistance.  For more frequent assistance save money with our monthly service plans.




• 15 Minutes of Remote Support
  (Recurrent Billing)
  
  This is for persons that experience very few incidents which require expert intervention.  It is good for a total of 15 minutes of support or a maximum of 3 incidents.
  
  
  
  
• 30 Minutes of Remote Support
  (Recurrent Billing)
  
  Those who make use of their computer more frequently and for more tasks will require a more robust support plan.  This plan covers a total of 30 minutes of support or a maximum of 10 incidents.
